Returns & Shipping
Due to all items being manufactured to order, we do not offer refunds against purchases made.
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange an item, in the first instance send us an email to email@example.com detailing your reasons for return.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All gifts are non-returnable but are subject to the exchange policy above.
The address for you to return your product to should you need it to be exchanged will be confirmed by email. Depending on where you live, the time that it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
